The individual rooms and suites are thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort for both patients and their accompanying attendants. Each room is spacious and adorned in calming, light colors, equipped with a telephone and a television. Additionally, there’s a daybed for the attendant’s convenience, and every room or suite includes its own private bathroom.

Our dedicated team, which includes International Concierges, Interpreters, Billing Assistants, and other non-medical staff, is expertly trained to offer effective support through a structured approach. This guarantees that your visit is seamless, pleasant, and successful.

Every patient will be provided with a checklist to help prepare for their journey. This checklist includes essential medical information, travel and accommodation details, insurance options, payment methods, and post-arrival procedures at our medical facility.

    •   The patient or their representative initiates contact with our International Service Coordinator to connect with a specialist or other medical professionals.If referred by a physician, a letter confirming the patient's need for treatment must be submitted, written by a physician familiar with the patient's condition.
Step 3
    •  Submit all necessary medical details, including test reports, a list of current and prescribed medications, as well as any existing medical records.
      •   Test reports from both past and recent examinations conducted on the patient.
      •   Copies of prescriptions or a medication list, noting any allergic reactions to medications.
      •   The patient's medical history, including diagnostic reports and images.
Step 4
  •   International patients and their accompanying companions need a medical visa. We will issue a Letter of Necessity for the patient and their family members to help with the application for a medical visa to visit India. Our team will assist with all the necessary paperwork to facilitate the visa application process. Family members or attendants traveling with the patient are also encouraged to apply for a medical visa to ensure quicker processing.

  •   Our concierge is available to assist with any travel or accommodation needs you may have.

  •   If you need an interpreter, please let us know, and our concierge will connect you with one who can assist you.With the initial steps in place, the next step is to schedule an appointment.
